Digital Marketing Data Analyst, Full-Time, Annual Salary $45,000 – $60,000

In-Person Position (WFH 2-3 days a week) – Bloomington, IN

Description
We are looking for a talented, innovative, and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our team – RK3 Digital (https://rk3digital.com/). The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical and have a passion for data and digital marketing. They should have knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to dig deep into the data to find valuable insights as well as execute digital marketing campaigns.

RK3 Digital is a boutique digital marketing agency located in Bloomington, IN that is made up of digital marketing rockstars that help companies formulate and execute ROI driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

The individual should be prepared to build custom dashboards, uncover insights, and actively manage digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:   

  • Analyze website performance, traffic and user engagement metrics

  • Build detailed reports on campaigns, performance and results

  • Test, monitor, and report on custom landing page optimization, user behavior testing, and audience segmentation

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in conversion rate optimization

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to present findings

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager  

  • Execute on a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns including, but not limited to: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, PowerBI and more.
  • Automate data and reporting processes using custom automated reports, Zapier, and Asana
  • Work daily in Asana (i.e. project management system)

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or related field 
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience working with analytics software such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, or related software
  • Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate well with team members and articulate rationale for data insight decisions.
  • Ability to manage many projects at once and meet deadlines.
  • A pulse on what is relevant in data and technology and can push for and help set trends.
  • A self-starter attitude with an excitement to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated abilities: planning, time management, follow through and meeting multiple deadlines
